About the Norwegian Refugee Council
The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is an independent humanitarian organization that provides assistance, protection, and durable solutions for refugees and internally displaced people worldwide.

Available Positions
1. Finance Assistant
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of one year of relevant professional experience in finance or accounting
- Previous experience working in complex or challenging operational environments
- Documented results related to financial responsibilities
- Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
Additional Skills and Competencies
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and with limited supervision
- Experience working with institutional donors is considered an advantage
- Knowledge of local languages is desirable

2. Finance Coordinator
Key Requirements
- Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of three years of experience working in finance within humanitarian or recovery programs
- Previous experience in complex and volatile operational contexts
- Proven record of results related to financial management responsibilities
- Strong leadership and financial management skills
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Additional Skills and Competencies
- Good understanding of the operational and humanitarian context
- Experience in program start-up, transition, or exit phases
- Ability to build staff capacity and conduct financial training
- Strong organizational and team coordination skills
