The Tsinghua University Amgen Scholars Program 2026 is an 8-week fully funded summer research internship for undergraduate students passionate about careers in the sciences. Scholars gain hands-on laboratory experience, work on faculty-led research projects, and participate in academic and professional development activities.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be an undergraduate student in Asia
- Have completed at least one full year of their bachelor’s degree
- Have at least one semester or quarter remaining after the summer program
- Have a good academic record
- Be able to communicate in English (IELTS/TOEFL/Cambridge/TOEIC if required)
- Be interested in research and potentially pursuing further studies like a PhD
Program Requirements
- Scholars must attend the full program
- No other courses or part-time work during the program
- Live in provided accommodation
- Participate in lab meetings, orientation sessions, academic activities, and social events
- Be punctual for all scheduled activities
- Prepare a poster presentation of their research project
- Submit a research paper to the program director at the end of the summer
