Available Positions (2025 Recruitment)
1. Receptionist
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, or related field
Experience: 2–3 years in a similar role
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors professionally
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, packages, mail)
- Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable manner
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and calendar management
- Support administrative and clerical tasks
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient operations
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information
Location: Addis Ababa
2. Export Documentation Follow-up Expert
Education & Experience:
- BA in Marketing, Business, Management, or related field with 2 years export-specific experience + 5 years general relevant experience
OR - Diploma in Economics, Management, or related field with 6 years of relevant experience
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Theoretical and practical knowledge in export operations
- Single window (E-Trade) e-service skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- ECX certification in e-auction and e-trade is advantageous (coffee & pulses trade)
