Tsehay Insurance S.C. (TISc) was established on March 28, 2012, by 105 prominent individual and corporate shareholders.
The company is registered and licensed by the National Bank of Ethiopia under Proclamation No. 86/1994 (License No. 017/12).
TISc began operations with a subscribed capital of Birr 45 million and paid-up capital of Birr 11,480,000 — significantly higher than the minimum requirement at the time. The company initially launched with three branches in Addis Ababa and continues to expand its services while maintaining strong public trust.

Qualification
- BA/BSc Degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or related fields
