1. Trainee Officer-I
Education:
BA Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Agribusiness, Agro Economics, Accounting & Finance, or related fields
Experience:
- No experience required
- Marketing & sales skill is advantageous
- Only graduates of 2016 E.C. and above
Duty Station: Adama / Addis Ababa
2. Call Center Officer
Education:
Degree/Diploma/Level IV in Marketing, Management, or related fields
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year in call center, customer service, or client-facing role
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
3. Resource Mobilization Officer
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, Business Management, Accounting & Finance, or related fields
Experience:
- 1+ year in banking or microfinance sector
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
4. Auditor
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance or Accounting
Experience:
- 2 years related experience
- At least 1 year in banking or microfinance sector
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
5. Database Administrator
Education:
BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields
Experience:
- 1 year in Database Administration
- Preferably in banking or microfinance sector
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
6. System Administrator
Education:
BSc Degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields
Experience:
- 1 year in System Administration (CBS experience preferred)
- Banking or microfinance sector experience
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
7. Credit Analyst
Education:
MA/BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in banking or financial institutions
Duty Station: Adama / Addis Ababa
8. Network Administrator
Education:
BSc Degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields
Experience:
- 1 year in Network Administration
- Preferably in banking or microfinance sector
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
9. አትክልተኛ (Gardener)
Education:
Completed Grade 8 / 10 / 12
Experience:
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in gardening work
