Tsehay Insurance S.C. (TISc) was established on March 28, 2012, by 105 shareholders, including prominent individuals and business organizations. Registered under the National Bank of Ethiopia (License No.017/12), TISc started operations with a subscribed capital of Birr 45 million and paid-up capital of Birr 11,480,000, exceeding the minimum requirement at the time. The company operates multiple branches across Addis Ababa and is committed to providing reliable insurance services while maintaining public trust.

Position 1: Auditor I
- Qualification: BA/BSc in Accounting, Finance, or Auditing
- Experience: 1 year relevant experience
- Terms: Permanent

Position 2: Underwriting Officer II
- Qualification: BA/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Engineering, Statistics, or related field
- Experience: 2 years in insurance
- Terms: Permanent
- Salary: As per company scale with benefits
- Location: Addis Ababa City Branches
Position 3: Senior Auditor
- Qualification: BA/BSc in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or related field
- Experience: 4 years relevant experience
- Terms: Permanent
- Salary: As per company scale with benefits
- Location: Head Office
Position 4: Underwriting Supervisor
- Qualification: BA/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Engineering, Statistics, or related field
- Experience: 5 years in insurance, including 2 years in senior roles
