Available Positions
1. Trainee Banker
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized higher learning institution in:
- Accounting and Finance
- Banking & Finance
- Management
- Business Administration
- Economics
- Marketing Management
- Or related fields
Experience: Not required
Year of Graduation: 2023 or 2024
CGPA: Above 3.25
Language Requirement: Afaan Oromo
Additional Requirement: Applicants must have passed the National Exit Exam
Place of Work: Aweday
2. Principal Human Resource Management Officer
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience:
Minimum of 6 years relevant experience, with at least 2 years served as Senior HRM Officer
Salary: As per the Bank’s scale
Place of Work: Head Office
