1. Junior Secretary
Qualifications: Diploma or equivalent graduate
Experience: Minimum 2 years relevant experience
Job Purpose: Support smooth day-to-day operations through secretarial and office administration services
Location: City Branches
2. Branch Manager – IV
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related fields
Experience: Minimum 3 years, including at least 1 year as Business Manager-II or equivalent
Job Purpose: Ensure branch operations comply with Bank policies, procedures, and regulations
Location: Yirgalem & Bule Hora Branches
3. Branch Manager – IV
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related fields
Experience: Minimum 3 years, including at least 1 year as Business Manager-II or equivalent
Job Purpose: Ensure branch operations comply with Bank policies, procedures, and regulations
Location: Kebridehar, Kobo Harerge & Branches under Jimma District
4. Branch Manager III
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related fields
Experience: Minimum 4 years, including at least 1 year as Branch Manager-IV or Branch Business Manager-I
Job Purpose: Ensure branch operations comply with Bank policies, procedures, and regulations
Location: Jimma Abajifar & Jiren Branches
5. Senior Electrical Engineer
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
Experience: Minimum 4 years, including 1 year as Electrical Engineer-I or equivalent
Job Purpose: Supervise electrical work, ensure productivity, quality, and safety standards, review electrical specifications, and assist in introducing new construction methods and equipment
Location: Head Office
6. Manager, Treasury Sales Desk
Qualifications: Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Economics, Psychology, or BCom
Experience: 6–8 years relevant experience in banking and global market sales
Job Purpose: Drive Treasury marketing activities, expand client portfolios, and increase business in Foreign Exchange, Fixed Income, and Money Market products
Location: Head Office
7. Manager, Trading Desk
Qualifications: Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business, Commerce, Statistics, or professional qualifications such as CFA
Experience: 6–8 years trading experience in Foreign Exchange and Fixed Income products
Job Purpose: Oversee Foreign Exchange (Spot, Forward, Swap) and Fixed Income trading activities, maximize profitability, and adhere to risk limits
Location: Head Office
