Position Overview: Junior Customer Service Officer
Tsehay Bank is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for the position of Junior Customer Service Officer. The role focuses on delivering efficient banking services, supporting branch operations, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide front-line banking services to customers efficiently and professionally
- Handle account opening, deposits, withdrawals, and customer inquiries
- Ensure compliance with banking procedures and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate customer records and transaction documentation
- Support branch operations and contribute to customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- BA Degree from a recognized higher education institution in:
- Banking and Finance
- Accounting / Accounting and Finance
- Management
- Economics
- Marketing Management
- Business Administration or related fields
Work Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Junior Customer Service Officer or Bank Trainee
