Position 1: Junior Interface & Program Development Officer
Position Overview
Hibret Bank is looking for fresh graduates in Computer Science or Information Systems to join its IT team. The role focuses on supporting software development, system integration, and digital banking solutions.
Requirements
- BSc Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
- No prior work experience required (candidates must pass a competency test)
Additional Requirements
- Minimum CGPA of 3.25
- Age below 26 years
- Must provide 8th grade certificate and Kebele ID during application
- Must have passed the curriculum-based exit examination
- Applicants must be recent graduates (2024 / Tahsas 22, 2016 E.C and onwards)

Position 2: Property Valuation Engineer II
Position Overview
The bank seeks an experienced Property Valuation Engineer to support asset valuation and risk assessment functions within its operations.
Requirements
- BSc Degree in Civil Engineering
Work Experience
- 2 years as Property Valuation Engineer I or equivalent, or 5 years relevant experience in banking, or
- 2 years as Property Valuation Engineer II or equivalent, or 6 years relevant experience
Duty Station
- Head Office, Addis Ababa
