Position 1: Junior Customer Service Officer
Educational Qualification
- BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Marketing Management, or related fields from a recognized higher learning institution.
Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Junior Customer Service Officer or Bank Trainee.
Salary
- As per the Bank’s salary scale.

- Butajira Branch
- Hawassa Branches
- Jigjiga Branch
- Wolkite Branch
Position 2: Senior Customer Service Officer I
Educational Qualification
- BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Marketing Management, or related fields.
Experience
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant banking experience.
- At least 2 years of service as Customer Service Officer.
Salary
- As per the Bank’s salary scale.
Duty Station
- Jigjiga Branch
Position 3: Network Engineer
Educational Qualification
- BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as Junior Network Engineer.
Salary
- As per the Bank’s salary scale.
Duty Station
- Head Office
Position 4: Senior Network Engineer
Educational Qualification
- BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
Experience
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- At least 2 years of service as Network Engineer.
Salary
- As per the Bank’s salary scale.
