Position 1: Junior Logistics Officer
Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Basic knowledge of logistics processes, inventory control, and warehouse operations is an advantage.
- Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and recordkeeping.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily logistics and supply chain activities.
- Assist with inventory control, warehouse operations, and stock documentation.
- Maintain accurate logistics records and supporting documents.
- Help coordinate the movement and handling of goods.
- Use spreadsheets and other office applications to organize and track logistics information.
- Support the team in resolving routine operational issues.

Position 2: Solar System Sales Representative
Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
Work Experience
- At least 1–2 years of relevant work experience in sales.
- Experience in solar energy, electrical equipment, inverters, batteries, or related industries is preferred.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Basic knowledge of solar panels, hybrid inverters, lithium batteries, and solar backup systems is an advantage.
- Understanding of residential and commercial power backup solutions is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Good business development, lead generation, and customer relationship management abilities.
- Ability to identify sales opportunities, negotiate with customers, and achieve sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to learn about solar energy products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell solar energy products and backup power solutions.
- Identify potential customers and generate sales leads.
- Explain product features and help customers identify suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Support sales presentations, negotiations, and follow-up activities.
- Work toward achieving assigned sales targets.
- Stay informed about solar products, electrical equipment, and market opportunities.
