Position 3: Group Treasury and Tax Manager
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Fiscal Studies, or a related quantitative business discipline.
- ACCA, CPA, or CIMA professional certification is highly preferred.
Work Experience
- At least 8 years of progressive experience in corporate finance.
- At least 3–4 years of specialized experience managing treasury or tax functions within a multi-company organization or a major manufacturing group.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Advanced knowledge of Ethiopian tax laws and regulatory requirements.
- Strong treasury, liquidity, and cash-flow management skills.
- Experience in corporate tax planning, compliance, and risk management.
- Knowledge of manufacturing operations, customs, and import/export procedures.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, including Odoo or Microsoft-based systems, and advanced Excel.
- Strong financial analysis, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related industrial or quantitative discipline.
- An active professional certification or licence is required; ACCA, CPA, or CIMA is preferred.
Work Experience
- At least 8 years of progressive experience in financial planning, corporate finance, or plant controlling.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing, factory, or heavy industrial environment.
- Experience working within multi-site organizations or holding-company structures.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Advanced financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing cost accounting and variance analysis.
- Experience in financial modelling and capital investment analysis.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel, ERP systems such as Odoo or Microsoft-based systems, and Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
