Transsion Manufacturing Plc is a leading mobile phone manufacturing company operating in Ethiopia. The company was established through the collaboration of Weiguo Yu, assembler of Tecno mobile phones, and Junjie Lui, a manufacturer of mobile accessories.
The company operates a manufacturing facility inside the Ethio ICT Park near Bole Lemi Industrial Park in Addis Ababa. The facility brings together several ICT-related brands including Tecno, Itel, Infinix, Carlcare, and Afmobi.
In addition to mobile phone production, the company also manufactures home appliances under the Synix brand, with operations previously located in Alemgena.
Position: Mobile Assembler
Transsion Manufacturing Plc is currently recruiting female candidates for the position of Mobile Assembler. This opportunity is open to fresh graduates and individuals without prior work experience who are interested in working in the electronics manufacturing sector.
Required Qualifications
TVET Level 2, Level 3, or Level 4 graduates in one of the following fields:
Electricity
Automotive Technology
Information Technology
Electronics
Accounting
Marketing
Other related fields
Candidates who have completed Grade 10 or Grade 12 may also apply.
Candidate Requirements
- Female applicants only
- Age between 18 and 26 years old
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain workplace discipline
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to manufacturing processes
