About Transsion Manufacturing
Transsion Manufacturing Plc was established by merging Weiguo Yu, assembler of Tecno mobile phones, and Junjie Lui, manufacturer of accessories. The company operates a large factory inside Ethio ICT Village, near Bole Lemi Industrial Park, covering 25 hectares.
The factory brings together all ICT-related brands, including Tecno, Itel, Infinix, Carlcare, and Afmobi. Additionally, the company operates a factory for its home appliance brand Synix in Alemgena town. Transsion Manufacturing is committed to expanding its market presence in Ethiopia and providing quality mobile devices and services.
Position Details
Sales Promoter
Qualifications & Professional Requirements:
- Minimum of High School education or TVET graduate
- Experience: 0 to 1 year (fresh graduates can apply)
- Energetic, proactive, and well-presented
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills
- Passion for the mobile phone industry
- Commitment to company policies and standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote mobile phone products and expand market presence
- Build strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and customers
- Collect, summarize, and report market and sales data
- Enhance product availability in assigned market areas
- Develop new markets and increase customer base
- Monitor competitors’ activities and report promptly
- Collaborate with team on sales promotion campaigns
- Achieve sales targets and objectives in assigned retail stores and areas
