About Aggar Micro Finance
Aggar Micro Finance (MFI) is the first commercial private microfinance institution established in accordance with Proclamation No. 40/96, now replaced by Proclamation No. 626/2009, to serve the “missing middle” by providing credit and savings services in both urban and rural areas of Ethiopia.
Founded by 443 shareholders with a paid-up capital of Birr 4,243,600, the institution has now grown to over 750 shareholders, paid-up capital exceeding 200 million, and total assets over 410 million Birr. Aggar MFI balances social objectives with profitability while providing financial services to underserved populations.

Junior Customer Service Officer
Qualifications:
- BA Degree in Marketing Management, Business Management, Banking & Finance, Management, or Accounting (Graduates of 2024/25)
- GPA: Above 2.5
Experience:
- Zero experience required
Expected Competencies:
- Effective communication skills to address customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Patience and empathy when dealing with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Basic computer application skills
