Position: Sales Representative (SR)

Key Responsibilities
- Visit and engage with retail stores on a daily basis (high-frequency field visits)
- Promote and increase sales of mobile products and accessories
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors
- Ensure product visibility and brand dominance in assigned markets
- Collect and report accurate sales and market data
- Support regional sales growth strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–2 years experience in Mobile Phone or FMCG sales industry
- Strong understanding of local retail networks in assigned area
- Ability to visit up to 50 stores per day
- Strong negotiation, communication, and execution skills
- High energy and willingness to work in the field
Locations
- Central: Addis Ababa, Adama, Assela, Batu (Zeway)
- South/West: Hawassa, Jimma, Gambela, Bale
- North/East: Bahir Dar, Debre Markos, Mekelle, Jigjiga, Dire Dawa
