Position 1: Sales Officer (Fresh Graduates)
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in:
- Business
- Marketing
- Management
- Or related fields
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related roles
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and work in a target-driven environment
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email)
- Good time management and organizational skills

Position 2: Data Science Officer
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Computer Science
- Software Engineering
- Or related fields
Experience
- 0–2 years
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of data analysis techniques and statistical tools
- Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, and at least one data analysis tool:
- Python, R, Power BI, or Tableau
- Ability to generate accurate and detailed reports
- Good understanding of database systems and data management principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team

Position 3: IT Officer
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in:
- Information Technology
- Computer Science
- Multimedia
- Or related fields
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of computer networking and IT maintenance
- Practical experience in Graphic Design (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Experience in Website Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, or similar)
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills (Advantage)
- Experience with React, Next.js, or modern web frameworks
- Knowledge of server management or cloud platforms
- Basic video editing skills
- Experience working in a corporate or multi-department environment

Position 4: Junior Accountant (Fresh Graduate)
Qualifications
- BA Degree in Accounting and Finance
- No prior work experience required
Other Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of Ethiopian tax laws and financial regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in accounting software (Peachtree/Sage, ERP systems)
- Strong Excel skills
- Good command of English and Amharic (written and spoken)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Hands-on knowledge of:
- Financial statement preparation
- General ledger management
- Complex reconciliations
- Familiarity with:
- Inventory management
- POS system integration for financial control
