Position: Junior Sales Officer
Ethiopost invites qualified and motivated fresh graduates to apply for the position of Junior Sales Officer. This role offers an excellent opportunity for young professionals to build a career in sales, customer relations, and business development within a national public enterprise.
Educational Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, Sales, or a related field
- Zero years of work experience required (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Address customer inquiries and concerns while delivering high-quality customer service
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about Ethiopost services and products
- Support the sales team in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery
- Maintain sales records and assist in preparing sales performance reports
- Analyze sales data and provide insights to support continuous improvement
- Develop a solid understanding of Ethiopost products and services
- Perform administrative tasks related to the sales process
- Carry out additional duties assigned by the immediate supervisor
