Available Positions
1. Receptionist
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Secretarial Science, or related field.
- Strong communication skills (Amharic and English; additional languages are an advantage).
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer service-oriented personality.

2. Security Personnel
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum Grade 10 education; security training is an asset.
- At least 2 years of experience in security or guard services (residential or commercial).
- Physically fit, alert, and reliable.
- Residing in or around the Lebu area preferred.
- Strong discipline, honesty, and accountability.
- Basic incident reporting skills.

3. Generator Operator
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Technical/Vocational Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or related).
- Experience in generator operation preferred (fresh graduates may apply).
- Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and responsible.
- Willingness to work in shifts if required.

4. Lift Operator
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma or technical training certificate preferred.
- Previous lift operation or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Fresh, disciplined, and reliable candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Calm and professional in emergencies.
- Good communication in Amharic (English an asset).

5. CCTV Room Personnel
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional security/CCTV training preferred).
- Previous experience in CCTV monitoring or security roles desirable.
- Strong alertness and attention to detail.
- Basic technical knowledge of CCTV systems.
- Integrity, confidentiality, and ability to handle pressure.
- Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
