Position 1: Site Engineer
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sections of construction projects and oversee site activities.
- Conduct surveys, set out construction sites, and ensure accurate implementation of technical designs.
- Supervise ongoing construction to ensure compliance with specifications and timelines.
- Prepare site reports and evaluate project operations and processes.
- Estimate technical and material requirements for project execution.
- Test materials and verify structural integrity.
- Prepare and present detailed project reports and cost estimates.
- Develop and monitor work schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Enforce health, safety, and sustainability policies at all project stages.
- Collaborate with management and technical teams to achieve project objectives.

Position 2: Director GCEO Office / Chief of Staff
Qualifications & Requirements:
- BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
- Professional certification or training in Executive Office Management or Corporate Administration is an advantage.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years in senior coordination, executive assistant, or office management roles.
- Prior experience in a corporate group, holding company, or executive-level setting preferred.
- Proven ability in report writing, minute-taking, and follow-up management.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
