Amibara Properties PLC is a fast-growing real estate company in Ethiopia committed to developing world-class commercial and residential properties. The company is currently embarking on a landmark project — a state-of-the-art mall and apartment complex located near Friendship Square, in the heart of Addis Ababa. Designed by Nimonah Consulting Architects, Engineers & Construction, this project will feature 10–25 storeys of modern buildings over a 15,000-square-meter area, redefining urban living and business experiences in the city.
Position: Senior Sales Officer
Education:
- BSc/BA degree in any field from a recognized institution.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Real Estate Sales Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively identify and engage potential property buyers and investors.
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Maintain updated records of sales, client interactions, and market trends.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to meet sales targets.
- Deliver excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-driven with a passion for property sales.
- Confidence and professionalism in client engagement.
- Team player with a positive and winning attitude.
- Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: 14,656 ETB
- Commission: 5% on successful sales
