- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields
- Experience: 2 years of banking experience; IFB training/knowledge is advantageous
- Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Adama, Chora, Atnago, Dire Dawa, Wereta
2. Internal Control
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields
- Experience: 3 years of related banking experience; IFB certification advantageous
- Duty Station: Head Office
3. Senior Customer Service Officer
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields
- Experience: 3 years of banking experience; IFB certification advantageous
- Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Adama, Chora, Atnago, Dire Dawa, Wereta
4. Branch Operation Supervisor
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields
- Experience: 4 years of banking operations experience; knowledge of IFB advantageous
- Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Adama, Chora, Atnago, Dire Dawa, Wereta
5. Branch Manager
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields
- Experience: 6 years of banking operations experience; IFB certification advantageous
- Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Adama, Chora, Atnago, Dire Dawa, Menbuk
6. Customer Service Manager
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields
- Experience: 5 years of related banking experience; IFB certification advantageous
- Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Adama
