Position Summary: Card Back Office Representative
The Card Back Office Representative will support marketing and customer service operations by managing card-related back-office activities, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring efficient customer support services.
Qualifications
- BA Degree in Management, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, customer service, or related roles
Required Skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity and reliability
- Excellent written and spoken English
