Position 1: Implementation and Support Officer
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business IT, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience (internship or project experience accepted)
- Basic understanding of ERP systems (Odoo experience is a plus)
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to ERP systems or business applications
- Basic knowledge of SQL or databases
- Familiarity with Finance, HR, Inventory, and other business processes
- Basic understanding of Python/XML is an advantage

Position 2: Implementation and Support Specialist
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field
- 2–4 years of ERP implementation and support experience
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP
- Understanding of Finance, HR, Inventory, Procurement, and related business processes
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Knowledge of SQL and reporting tools
- Familiarity with Agile development environments
- Basic knowledge of Python and XML

Position 3: System Test Engineer
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 3–5 years of system/software testing experience
- Experience testing Odoo modules and workflows
Required Skills
- Knowledge of ERP workflows (Finance, HR, CRM, Supply Chain)
- Manual testing and test case design
- Experience with Jira or similar bug tracking tools
- SQL knowledge (PostgreSQL preferred)
- API testing tools such as Postman
- Understanding of SDLC and STLC
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Selenium or Playwright
- Basic Python knowledge
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- Agile/Scrum experience
- ISTQB certification is a plus

Position 4: Odoo Developer
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 2–4 years of Odoo development experience
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Python and PostgreSQL
- Experience with Odoo framework and module development
- Knowledge of XML, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- RESTful API integration experience
- Understanding of Accounting, Sales, HR, and Inventory processes
- Experience using Git version control
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Odoo.sh or cloud deployment
- Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Odoo certification is a plus
