Experience
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
• Prior experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage

• Ability to manage teams effectively
• Ability to meet targets and deadlines

Position 2: People & Culture Specialist (Learning and Development)
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience
• 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Management
• Hands-on experience in coordinating, delivering, and supporting learning and development programs and initiatives

Position 3: People & Culture Specialist (Payroll)
Qualifications
• BA Degree in Accounting and Finance or a related field
Experience
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll processing
• Experience in payroll administration, reconciliation, and HRIS/payroll systems
• Strong knowledge of Ethiopian labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory compliance
• Experience supporting payroll audits and reporting processes
