Positions Available
1. Insurance and Facility Management Officer I
Qualification: First degree in Management, Business Administration, Business Management, Office Services Management, Banking & Insurance, or related field
Experience: 2 years of relevant work experience
Location: Addis Ababa
2. Senior Secretary I
Qualification: Diploma/TVET Level IV in Secretarial Science & Office Management, Office Administration, or related field
Experience: 4 years of directly related experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide office assistance and secretarial support to the DGM for Corporate Resource Management
- Type letters, handle emails/faxes, schedule appointments, and manage calls
Location: Addis Ababa
3. Executive Secretary I
Qualification: First degree in Secretarial Science & Office Management or related field
Experience: 4 years of related experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the General Manager’s office with secretarial tasks
- Maintain records and files, take minutes, schedule appointments, and handle correspondence
Location: Addis Ababa
4. Senior Accountant I
Qualification:
- Second degree in Finance with accounting software and IFRS training plus 2 years’ experience, or
- First degree in Accounting & Finance with accounting software and IFRS training plus 4 years’ experience
Key Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with IFRS and internal policies
- Prepare financial reports, analyze transactions, and post accounting data

5. Senior HR Admin Officer I
Qualification:
- Second degree in Management, HR, Public Administration, or related field plus 2 years’ experience, or
- First degree in Management, HR, Public Administration, or related field plus 4 years’ experience
Key Responsibilities: - Manage recruitment, promotion, payroll, employee benefits, and personnel administration
- Advise employees and subordinates on policies, procedures, and workplace issues
Location: Addis Ababa
6. Deputy General Manager – Operations
Qualification & Experience:
- Second degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or Automotive Engineering plus 10 years’ experience, including 4 years in managerial roles, or
- First degree in the above fields plus 12 years’ experience, including 5 years in managerial roles
- Experience managing at least two core business segments (Automotive, Trade/Exports, or high-volume Logistics) is required
