Médecins du Monde (Doctors of the World) is an international humanitarian organization providing medical care and support to vulnerable populations worldwide. Founded in 1980, MdM operates in over 40 countries, including Ethiopia, delivering emergency medical relief, long-term healthcare programs, and essential services in crisis zones and areas of extreme poverty.
MdM–France invites energetic, responsible, and disciplined female applicants to join the Human Resources Department as an HR Intern.
Position: HR Intern
Eligibility Requirements:
- Minimum BA degree in Management, Human Resource Management, Law, or other related social science fields from a recognized higher education institution
- Only graduates of 2016 or 2017 E.C are eligible
- Zero years of prior work experience required
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Basic understanding of Human Resource Management principles
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good judgment and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Team collaboration and adaptability
- Time management and willingness to learn
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English and Amharic
