JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS
Tamra for Social Development Organization (TSD) invites qualified and interested candidates for the following positions.Tamra for Social Development Organization (TSD) is a youth-oriented organization working on holistic youth development. It is an indigenous civil society organization working for more than 25 years in different community development programs in the Oromia, Addis Ababa, and Sidama regions.
Position: Executive Secretary and Office Assistant
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Any voluntary service or community service experience
- Languages: Fluency in Amharic and English(both written and spoken) and other language skill.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in social issues related to youth empowerment, gender development, SRH, and climate justice in Ethiopia.
The successful candidate will help manage daily office operations, assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, and support the Executive Director in all administrative functions. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate passionate about social development, and with an interest in supporting organizational growth within the nonprofit sector.
