The company is currently seeking a qualified candidate for the following position:
Position: Data Encoder
Education:
- BA Degree in Accounting and Finance or related field
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of related work experience
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Collect source documents such as GRN, SIV, GDN, warehouse transfer in and transfer out forms from departments
- Prepare payment vouchers and submit to the Accounts Payable Section Head for review
- Post and encode transactions (payments, sales, warehouse inter-transfers) into SAP based on assigned codes
- File payment vouchers, sales invoices, and settlement documents properly
- Collect completed source documents and file them in chronological order
- Arrange and archive previous year files
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve organizational objectives
- Perform other duties assigned by the line manager
