Sky Gate Duty Free PLC is currently seeking motivated and customer-focused candidates to join its team as Sales Assistants – Arabic Speakers.
Position: Sales Assistant – Arabic Speakers
Educational Qualification
Applicants must have a Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields:
- Business Administration
- Marketing
- Management
- Accounting
- Economics
- Hospitality
- Tourism
- Related fields
Academic Requirement
- Minimum cumulative GPA/CGPA of 3.40 and above.
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates expected to graduate by August 2026 are eligible to apply.
Job Responsibilities
Retail Sales Assistants will be responsible for:
- Welcoming and assisting customers in a professional manner.
- Providing product information and recommendations.
- Supporting sales activities and achieving sales targets.
- Processing customer transactions using POS systems.
- Handling customer inquiries, returns, and complaints professionally.
- Restocking merchandise and maintaining product displays.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and secure store environment.
- Supporting daily retail operations.
Required Skills and Competencies
Successful candidates should have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Professional and friendly attitude.
- Ability to work in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to retail operations.
- Basic computer literacy and numerical skills.
- Knowledge of additional foreign languages is an added advantage.
- Ability to communicate in Arabic.
Additional Requirements
Applicants must be willing to:
- Work on rotating shifts.
- Work during weekends and public holidays.
- Work overnight schedules when required.
