Siket Bank (formerly Addis Credit and Finance S.C) is preparing to launch full banking services after obtaining a license from the National Bank of Ethiopia. Until then, the bank will continue to provide its current microfinance services alongside the new banking operations once launched

Position 1: Junior Customer Service Officer
Requirements:
- BA degree in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of related work experience.
- Banking industry experience is mandatory.

Position 2: Customer Service Officer
Requirements:
- BA degree in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of banking work experience as Junior Customer Service Officer or higher.
Competencies: Integrity, communication skill, banking operation knowledge, customer satisfaction, teamwork & collaboration.

Position 3: Branch Controller
Requirements:
- BA degree in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of banking work experience as Branch Controller or higher (mandatory).

Requirements:

Position 5: Branch Manager I
Requirements:
- BA/BSc (preferably MA/MBA/MSc) in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Banking & Insurance, Economics, Management, or related fields.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience, with at least 2 years as Senior Customer Service Officer or equivalent.
- Banking industry experience is mandatory.
