Available Positions
1. Junior Cameraman & Video Editor
- Education: Diploma in Cinematography, Photography, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 4 years (3 years in Cinematography, Camera Shooting, and Video Editing); banking experience is an advantage
- Place of Work: Addis Ababa, Head Office
- Job Objective: Manage recording of bank events and studio shoots for production, documentation, and promotional purposes
- Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute video shoots, including camera, lighting, and audio setup
- Capture quality footage for events, seminars, and promotional activities
- Edit videos, manage sound narration, and maintain equipment
- Support documentation, knowledge management, and brand image alignment
- Troubleshoot technical issues and participate in equipment specification evaluations
2. Driver I
- Education: 10th/12th Grade Complete; Public I or Third Level Driving License
- Experience: Minimum 2 years driving; banking experience preferred
- Place of Work: Mizan Teferi Branch
- Job Objective: Transport bank employees and goods safely, maintain assigned vehicles, and provide efficient transport services
- Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure vehicle maintenance, fuel, and spare parts availability
- Operate vehicles within and outside the city safely
- Record odometer readings and locations visited
- Perform minor repairs and report major issues
- Maintain vehicle safety, wear uniform properly, and follow all supervisory instructions
