About Siket Bank
Siket Bank S.C., formerly Addis Credit and Finance S.C., is preparing to launch its banking services after obtaining a license from the National Bank of Ethiopia. The Bank will continue providing microfinance services alongside its banking operations.
Position 1: Junior Security Officer
Qualification:
- Grade 10/12, 10+1/10+2, Diploma, or Level IV COC.
Experience:
- Grade 10/12: 4–5 years of relevant experience.
- Diploma/Level IV COC: 1 year of direct work experience.
- Relevant security experience is required.
Work Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Customer Service Officer
Qualification:
- BA Degree in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of banking experience as a Junior Customer Service Officer or in a relevant position.
- Banking industry experience is mandatory.
Work Location: Addis Ababa Branches
Position 3: Cashier
Qualification:
- BA Degree in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of banking work experience.
- Banking industry experience is mandatory.
Work Location: Addis Ababa Branches
Position 4: Branch Controller
Qualification:
- BA Degree in Management, Marketing Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of banking work experience.
Work Location: Addis Ababa
Position 5: Security Guard
Qualification:
- Grade 10/12, Diploma/Level IV, or other relevant qualifications.
Experience:
- Grade 10/12: 3–4 years of direct work experience.
- Diploma/Level IV: 2 years of direct work experience.
Work Location: Addis Ababa Branches
Position 6: Customer Service Manager I
Qualification:
- BA Degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Business Management, Management, Business Administration, or a related business field.
Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of banking work experience.
Work Location: Addis Ababa Branches
Employment Terms
Employment Type: Permanent after successful completion of the probationary period.
Salary & Benefits: As per the Bank’s salary scale and benefits package.
