Yazawa Spare Parts, part of the company’s electric mobility business, is expanding its team and looking for qualified professionals in assembly, customer experience, battery technology, warehouse operations, accounting, and management.
Position 1: Junior Assembly Technician
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related field.
- TVET graduates in a relevant field may also apply.
Experience:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in a factory setting involving similar products such as E2W or E3W.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of industry-specific factory equipment.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills.
- Motor assembly knowledge.
- Ability to multitask.
- Strong time management skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
Position 2: Junior Customer Experience Officer
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Business, Customer Service Management, or a related field.
Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in customer support, call centre, or front-facing service roles.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Active listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to use phones, chat platforms, and customer support systems.
- Basic data entry and reporting skills.
- Experience with Google Sheets or CRM dashboards is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sense of accountability.
Position 3: Battery Site Acquisition Supervisor
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
- 2–3 years of experience in site acquisition, logistics management, operations, project management, or infrastructure deployment.
Required Skills:
- Experience coordinating teams or field staff.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to travel extensively for field assessments and site visits.
- Ability to manage multiple site projects simultaneously.
Position 4: Battery Hardware Team Lead/Engineer
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering, battery systems, or a related field.
Required Skills:
- Strong electrical fundamentals, including HV architecture and contactors.
- Experience using IR meters, multimeters, and DAQ equipment.
- Knowledge of safety standards and certification testing methods.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
Position 5: Warehouse Supervisor
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
- At least 4 years of relevant warehouse operations and team leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Inventory control experience.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Cin7, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Good MS Office and reporting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure.
Position 6: Senior Accountant
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience:
- 5–8 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing.
Required Skills:
- Cost accounting.
- Inventory management.
- Financial reporting.
- Accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Audit and compliance management.
- Knowledge of Ethiopian tax regulations.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
Position 7: Customer Experience (CX) Manager
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in customer experience, after-sales, or service operations.
- Experience in automotive, mobility, or telecommunications is an advantage.
Required Skills:
- Leadership experience managing customer-facing teams.
- Experience with call centre, CRM, or after-sales operations.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Process improvement experience.
- Fluency in English and Amharic.
- Familiarity with CRM and data analytics tools such as Zoho, Trello, Salesforce, or Zendesk.

Position 8: Accounting/Finance Manager
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience:
- 7–9 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- At least 3 years of managerial experience.
Required Skills:
- Strong management and leadership skills.
- Experience supervising external, internal, and tax audits.
- Knowledge of Ethiopian tax regulations.
- Cost accounting and inventory management.
- Financial reporting.
- Accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Internal audit and controls.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
