Position 1: Accountant
Qualification:
- BA Degree in Accounting or a related field.
Experience:
- At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
Required Competencies:
- Knowledge of accounting principles.
- Financial reporting skills.
- Bank reconciliation experience.

Position 2: Branch Manager
Qualification:
- MA or BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience:
- 3 years of relevant experience for MA holders.
- 5 years of relevant experience for BA holders.
Required Competencies:
- Branch operations management.
- Financial analysis.
- Leadership and team management.
- Strong communication skills.

Position 3: Senior SME Officer
Qualification:
- MA or BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience:
- 3 years of relevant experience for MA holders.
- 5 years of relevant experience for BA holders.
Required Competencies:
- SME financing knowledge.
- Gender financing experience or knowledge.
- Analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills.

Position 4: Credit Analyst
Qualification:
- MA or BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or a related field.

- Financial analysis.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements.
- Report preparation skills.

Position 5: Senior Customer Service Officer
Qualification:
- MA or BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or a related field.
Experience:
- 3 years of relevant experience for MA holders.
- 5 years of relevant experience for BA holders.

- Knowledge of microfinance products.
- Regulatory compliance.
- Customer service skills.
- Computer literacy.

Position 6: Marketing Expert
Qualification:
- MA or BA Degree in Marketing, Economics, Management, or a related field.
Experience:
- 3 years of relevant experience for MA holders.
- 5 years of relevant experience for BA holders.
Required Competencies:
- Market research skills.
- Relationship management.
- Strong communication skills.
Location: Head Office
Position 7: Senior Accountant
Qualification:
- BA Degree in Accounting.
Experience:
- At least 4 years of relevant experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior accounting position.
Required Competencies:
- Knowledge of accounting policies.
- Financial planning skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Position 8: Manager, Strategic Planning & Coordination
Qualification:
- MA or BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience:
- 6 years of relevant experience for MA holders.
- 8 years of relevant experience for BA holders.
- Senior leadership experience is required.
Required Competencies:
- Strategic planning.
- Coordination between District, Branch, and Head Office operations.
- Leadership and management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
