About Siket Bank
Siket Bank S.C (formerly Addis Credit and Finance S.C) is preparing to launch full-fledged commercial banking services after obtaining a license from the National Bank of Ethiopia. Until full operations begin, the institution continues to provide microfinance services while expanding its branch network and building operational capacity for inclusive banking.

Position 1: Junior Customer Service Officer
Education: BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, or Marketing Management.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of related experience in the banking industry (mandatory).

Key Competencies:
Position 2: Customer Service Officer
Education: BA Degree in a relevant business field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of banking experience, including service as Junior Customer Service Officer or equivalent.
Required Qty: 10
Location: Dire Dawa, Jigjiga, Bahir Dar, Shashemene, and Hawassa
Position 3: Branch Controller
Education: BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of banking experience as Branch Controller or equivalent.

Position 4: Cashier
Education: BA Degree in Accounting, Banking, Management, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of banking experience as Cashier or higher.

Position 5: Interest-Free Banking (IFB) Officer
Education: BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or related fields.

Position 6: Junior Business Research Officer
Education: BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, or Marketing.

Position 7: Senior Product Development Officer
Education: BA Degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 4 years of related experience.
Location: Head Office
Position 8: Attorney Officer
Education: LLB Degree in Law.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of legal experience.
Required Qty: 3
Location: Merkato, South West, and West Districts
Note: Knowledge of Afaan Oromo is mandatory for South West and West District positions.
Position 9: Strategy Implementation and Monitoring Officer
Education: BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Marketing, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
Location: Head Office
Position 10: Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation Officer
Education: BA Degree in Economics, Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or Finance.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of related work experience.
Location: Head Office
Position 11: Branch Manager I
Education: BA/BSc or preferably MA/MBA/MSc in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Economics, or Management.
Experience: Minimum 4 years of banking experience, including 2 years as Senior Customer Service Officer or equivalent.
Required Qty: 3
Location: Jimma, Dessie, and Debre Birhan Branches
