1. Customer Relationship Officer
- Qualification: BA in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience: 2 years general experience, including 1 year as Junior Officer or equivalent in the banking sector.
- Workplace: Branches under all Districts.
2. Senior Customer Service Officer (Cash I)
- Qualification: BA in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Experience: 3 years general experience, including 1 year as Internal Controller, CSO, or CRO in banking.
- Workplace: Branches under all Districts.
3. Siinqee Ihsan Customer Accounts Officer
- Qualification: BA in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Experience: 3–4 years relevant experience, including 1 year as Associate Ihsan Customer Accounts II.
- Workplace: Head Office.
4. Senior Credit Analysis & Appraisal Officer II
- Qualification: MBA/MA/BA in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Experience: 5–6 years experience, including 1 year in credit analysis, CRM, CSM, or Operations Manager role.
- Workplace: Hawassa District Office.
5. Associate Siinqee Ihsan MF-CRM II
- Qualification: BA in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Experience: 3 years relevant experience, including 1 year as Associate Ihsan MF-CRM I.
- Workplace: Head Office.
6. Corporate Siinqee Ihsan Appraisal Officer
- Qualification: MBA/MA/BA in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Experience: 5–6 years, including 1 year as Ihsan Appraisal Officer or Retail Ihsan CRM.
- Workplace: Head Office.
7. Corporate Senior Siinqee Ihsan CRM II
- Qualification: MBA/MA/BA in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Experience: 5–6 years, including 1 year as Corporate/Retail Ihsan CRM.
- Workplace: Head Office.
8. Branch Manager
- Qualification: MBA/MA/BA in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
- Experience: 4–5 years banking experience, including 1 year as Operations Manager I or CSM I.
- Workplace: Branches across all Districts.
9. Branch Manager I
- Qualification: MBA/MA/BA in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Marketing Management.
- Experience: 5–6 years banking experience, including 1 year as Branch Manager or Operations Manager II.
- Workplace: Branches across all Districts.
10. Branch Manager III
- Qualification: MBA/MA/BA in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Experience: 8–9 years banking experience, including 2 years as Team Leader or BM-II.
- Workplace: Nekemte District (Nekemte Branch).
11. Manager, Customer Relationship Management
- Qualification: MBA/MA/BA in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Experience: 8–9 years, including 2 years as Team Leader or BM-II.
- Workplace: Hawassa District Office.
12. Manager, Stakeholders Relationship Management
- Qualification: MA/BA in Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, HR Management, or Economics.
- Experience: 8–9 years, including 2 years in employee or stakeholder relations at senior level in banking.
- Workplace: Hawassa District (Guji Zone – Adola), Nekemte District (Kellam Wollega Zone), Shashemene District (East Bale Zone – Ginnir).
