Available Positions
1. Customer Relationship Officer (Grade VIII)
- Qualification: BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields.
- Experience: 2 years relevant work experience, including 1 year as a Junior Officer or equivalent in the banking or microfinance sector.
- Location: Across branches in all districts.
2. Office Equipment Technician (Grade VIII)
- Qualification: BSc/Level IV in Electrical & Computer Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Experience: 4/5 years, including 2 years as Associate Technician (office equipment maintenance such as printers, photocopiers, counters, scanners).
- Location: Dire Dawa, Jimma, Shashamane, and Adama Districts.
3. Driver I (Grade IV)
- Qualification: 12th or 10th grade complete with relevant driving license.
- Experience: 3 years.
- Location: Head Office & Dire Dawa District Office.
4. Driver III (Grade VI)
- Qualification: Secondary school complete or above.
- Experience: 5 years with public and dry driving licenses.
- Location: Head Office.
5. Senior Internal Controller I (Grade IX)
- Qualification: BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields.
- Experience: 3 years, including 1 year as Internal Controller, CSO, or equivalent in the banking industry.
- Location: Multiple branches in Dire Dawa, Hawassa, and Jimma Districts.
6. Senior Customer Service Officer – Cash I (Grade IX)
- Qualification: BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields.
- Experience: 3 years, including 1 year as Internal Controller, CSO, CRO, or equivalent.
- Location: Branches under Dire Dawa, Jimma, Adama, Hawassa, Shashemane, North & West Finfinne Districts.
7. Manager, Banking Operation (Grade XIII)
- Qualification: MBA/MA/BA Degree in related business and banking fields.
- Experience: 7/8 years, including 2 years in managerial roles (CRM II, BM I, or equivalent).
- Location: Finfinne Branch.
8. Branch Manager (Grade XI)
- Qualification: MBA/MA/BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Marketing Management, or related fields.
- Experience: 4/5 years, including 1 year as Banking Operations Manager I, Customer Service Manager I, or equivalent.
- Location: Branches in Jimma, Nekemte, Dire Dawa, Adama, Hawassa, South & North Finfinne, and Shashemane Districts.
9. Branch Manager I (Grade XII)
- Qualification: MBA/MA/BA Degree in related fields.
- Experience: 5/6 years in banking, including 1 year as Branch Manager, Manager Banking Operations II, or equivalent.
- Location: Branches in Dire Dawa, West Finfinne, Nekemte, and Adama Districts.
10. Branch Manager III (Grade XIV)
- Qualification: MBA/MA/BA Degree in related fields.
- Experience: 8/9 years, including 2 years as Team Leader, BM II, or equivalent.
- Location: Dire Dawa District (Harar Branch).
11. Branch Manager IV (Grade XV)
- Qualification: MBA/MA/BA Degree in related fields.
- Experience: 9/10 years, including 1 year as Branch Manager III or equivalent.
- Location: East, South, and West Finfinne Districts.
