Position 1: Junior Accountant
Responsibilities & Scope:
The Junior Accountant will support daily finance operations, documentation, and financial reporting under the supervision of the Finance Manager.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related fields
- 0–1 year of relevant experience in a Finance or Accounting department
- Basic knowledge of Peachtree Accounting software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
Key Skills:
- Quick understanding of accounting principles and daily financial operations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Willingness to learn new software and financial tools
- Capable of working both independently and in a team

Position 2: Sales and Marketing Manager
Position Summary:
The Sales and Marketing Manager will lead client acquisition, brand visibility, and B2B partnerships for Shobole Engineering’s core elevator and electromechanical services.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales/marketing role, with at least 1 year in a managerial capacity
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Familiarity with content strategy, online ads, SEO, and social media marketing
- Analytical Skills: Ability to evaluate market trends, campaign results, and sales pipelines
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage teams, set KPIs, and lead marketing initiatives
- Communication: Strong presentation, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
