Available Job Positions
Position 1: General Mechanic (Landscape Equipment Technician)
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma in General Mechanics from a recognized technical college or school
- Minimum of 3 years solid work experience in related mechanical disciplines
- Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension)
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and service landscape and groundskeeping equipment, including small engines, mowers, trimmers, blowers, utility vehicles, and irrigation tools
- Inspect, repair, and service equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Minimize equipment downtime to support smooth team operations
- Demonstrate knowledge, skill, and ability to perform essential job functions
Position 2: Driver
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Minimum Qualifications
- Completion of secondary school
- Certificate of training from Drivers & Mechanics Training School preferred
- 4th Grade or Public 2 level driving license
- Minimum of 2 years solid driving experience
- Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension)
Key Responsibilities
- Drive commercial vehicles and transport guests or goods safely and efficiently
- Inspect vehicles for damage, cleanliness, and maintenance needs
- Conduct minor vehicle repairs and servicing
- Monitor tire pressure, fluid levels, and refuel vehicles as needed
- Report accidents, injuries, unsafe conditions, and vehicle incidents to management
- Maintain excellent guest interaction skills and demonstrate professionalism at all times
