Position 1: Customer Service Officer – III
Required Education & Experience
- BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting and Finance, Marketing, Banking and Finance, Business Administration, or other business-related fields
- Minimum of 1 year work experience in banking operations

Branches under Adama & Hawassa Districts
Position 2: Customer Service Supervisor – Grade 1
Required Education & Experience
- BA Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, or related business fields
- Minimum of 3 years work experience in banking operations

Bule Hora Branch
Position 3: Senior Office Engineer
Required Education & Experience
- BSc Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology and Management, or related fields
- Minimum of 7 years total experience in supervision and contract administration
- At least 3 years of senior-level experience as Office Engineer, Contract Administration Engineer, Project Coordinator, or related roles
- Experience in Design-Build projects is preferred
