Available Job Positions
Position 1: Field Application Specialist (Molecular & Genomics)
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Salary: Negotiable
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biotechnology, Medical Laboratory Technology, or related life science field
- Minimum of 2–3 years hands-on experience in a molecular biology laboratory
- Strong experience with Real-Time PCR (qPCR), Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS), or Nucleic Acid Extraction is highly preferred
- Previous experience as a technical support or application specialist is an advantage
- Proficiency in data analysis software and Microsoft Office Suite
Position 2: Field Application Specialist (FAS – Chemistry & Immunoassay)
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Salary: Negotiable
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Biomedical Science, or related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years hands-on experience in a clinical laboratory or as a Field Application Specialist
- Proven expertise in Chemistry and Immunoassay platforms
- Strong knowledge of Serum Work Area (SWA) systems and laboratory automation
- Familiarity with ISO 15189 standards and laboratory Quality Management Systems (QMS)
Position 3: Senior Accountant
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Salary: Negotiable
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA or BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional certifications such as ACCA or CPA are highly advantageous
- Minimum of 5–7 years progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a senior role
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or import/wholesale sectors is preferred
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting software (Peachtree/Sage, ERP systems)
Position 4: Finance Manager
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Salary: Negotiable
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- MBA or Master’s Degree in Finance is highly preferred
- Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, or CIMA) is mandatory
- Minimum of 8–10 years progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role
- Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or import-based distribution sectors is a strong advantage
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and expert-level MS Excel skills
