Open Positions – Shangtex Ethiopia
Position 1: Health and Safety / Compliance Officer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), Chemical Engineering, Management, or a related field
- Strong numerical and calculation skills
- Age: Under 26
- Fluent in English; strong communication skills
Experience:
- Fresh graduates encouraged to apply
- Experience under 1 year is acceptable
Gender: Female (as per company policy)
Openings: 2 positions
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Purchasing Officer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or a related field
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year in procurement or purchasing roles
- Experience with ERP systems is a plus
Skills:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Fluent in English, good computer literacy
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Machine Mechanic
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Machine Technology
- Strong numeric reasoning and detail orientation
Experience:
- 0–2 years of work experience
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
Skills & Traits:
- Effective communication and teamwork
- Willingness to work overtime
