POSITION 1: IT INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGER (Internal/External)
Responsibilities:
- Manage, monitor, and upgrade enterprise IT infrastructure (networks, servers, cloud systems)
- Ensure security, scalability, and compliance of IT systems
- Supervise IT teams and oversee infrastructure operations and vendor relations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Preferred certifications: CCNA/CCNP, MCSE, VMware, AWS/Azure Certified, ITIL v4
- 6–8 years of IT infrastructure experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Experience in banking, telecom, or regulated environments highly desirable

POSITION 2: CORE BANKING MANAGER (Internal/External)
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end management of the bank’s core banking platform
- Ensure system reliability, updates, vendor coordination, and reporting accuracy
- Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain application integrity
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 5–7 years of experience in banking IT; 3+ years managing core banking systems
- Experience with platforms like Temenos, Finacle, or Flexcube
- Knowledge of SQL databases, application monitoring, and ITSM tools
Location: Head Office
POSITION 3: CORE BANKING AND SYSTEM DIRECTOR (External)
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction for core banking and enterprise system development
- Drive IT transformation projects, integrations, upgrades, and team leadership
- Align IT strategy with business goals for operational excellence
Qualifications:
- Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering
- MBA or equivalent business qualification is a strong advantage
- Minimum 10 years in enterprise IT roles; 5+ years in leadership within core banking
- Proven success in managing enterprise banking systems at scale
