POSITION 1: KIDS CLUB RECEPTIONIST
Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations at the Kids Club area
- Welcome and register children and their guardians
- Coordinate scheduling, activity sign-ups, and safety protocols
Qualifications:
- Level 10+1 Certificate in Hotel Operation or related fields from a recognized TVET/College/University
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in catering, reception, or front desk roles
- Age limit: 18–35 years
- Applicants must bring an 8th grade certificate or birth certificate and 1 passport-size photo
POSITION 2: KIDS CLUB ATTENDANT
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and facilitate children’s recreational activities
- Ensure safety, engagement, and appropriate behavior
- Collaborate with team to deliver age-appropriate programming
Qualifications:
- Completed training in childcare, early childhood education, nursing, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles at kindergartens or kids’ clubs
- Age limit: 18–35 years
- Applicants must bring an 8th grade certificate or birth certificate and 1 passport-size photo
POSITION 3: LOYALTY PROGRAM COORDINATOR
Responsibilities:
- Manage guest membership programs and retention strategies
- Deliver high-quality customer service and coordinate loyalty marketing initiatives
- Handle program data, reporting, and member queries
Qualifications:
- BA Degree in Marketing, Sales, Public Relations, or related fields with at least 2 years of experience in a 5-star hotel in membership or customer service
OR - Diploma (10+3/Level III) in the above fields with at least 4 years of relevant hotel experience
- Age limit: 18–35 years
- Applicants must bring an 8th grade certificate or birth certificate and 1 passport-size photo
