Seed Microfinance Institution S.C. is a newly established microfinance organization operating legally under Proclamation No. 626/2009 and the amended Proclamation No. 1164/2019. The institution is committed to providing accessible, reliable, and impactful financial services to support communities and entrepreneurs across Ethiopia.
Seed MFI is also in the process of engaging a qualified firm or professional team to develop policy manuals, procedure manuals, a five-year strategic plan, organizational structure, and salary scale.

4. Branch Manager

Experience: 2 years in microfinance or banking
