Available Job Positions

1. Customer Service Officer I (4 Positions)

Qualification: Diploma or Level IV and above in any field
Experience: Minimum 1 year of similar experience (financial sector experience preferred)
Location: Head Office — Addis Ababa & Adama
Salary: Attractive, as per company scale

2. Branch Cashier I (3 Positions)

Qualification: BA in Accounting, Finance, Management, or related fields
Experience: Minimum 6 months direct experience in Microfinance or Banking
Location: Head Office — Addis Ababa & Adama
Salary: Attractive, as per company scale

3. Branch Manager I (4 Positions)

Qualification: BA/MA in Accounting, Marketing, Economics, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Management, or related fields
Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience, including 1 year as Branch Manager in Microfinance or the finance sector
Location: Head Office — Addis Ababa & Adama
Salary: Attractive, as per company scale

4. Senior Internal Auditor

Qualification: BA/MA in Accounting & Finance, Accounting, Banking & Finance, or related fields
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Microfinance or finance sector
Location: Head Office — Addis Ababa & Adama
Salary: Attractive, as per company scale
