1. Secretary

Location: Northern Regional Office, Mekelle
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, or related fields
• Or Diploma in Secretarial Science & Office Management with 4 years of relevant experience (COC Certificate mandatory)

Key Purpose:
To ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office by providing administrative and secretarial support services.

2. Civil Engineer-I

Location: Northern Regional Office, Mekelle
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience

Key Purpose:
Support credit decision-making by conducting accurate and compliant valuation of properties used as collateral in line with the bank’s internal guidelines.

3. Senior Sanitary Engineer

Location: Northern Regional Office, Mekelle
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Water Supply, Sanitary, Hydraulics, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering
• Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience

Key Purpose:
Develop systems for safe waste disposal and design mechanisms for effective waste handling in compliance with environmental and regulatory standards.

4. Branch Manager IV – IFB (Interest-Free Banking)

Location: Wegagen Amana Kemise Branch
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including 1 year as Assistant Branch Manager-II or Customer Service Supervisor-II

Key Purpose:
Provide leadership and strategic direction to the branch, focusing on growth, customer service, and Interest-Free Banking operations.
