Position: Sales Representative
This is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates and passionate sales professionals to join one of Ethiopia’s dynamic tech-driven companies. As a Sales Representative, you will directly contribute to business growth by promoting ELTAXI’s services, onboarding new clients and drivers, and ensuring strong customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell ELTAXI’s ride-hailing and business services
- Identify and engage prospective customers and drivers
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure retention
- Collect market feedback and share insights with management
- Represent the brand with professionalism and energy
Qualifications and Skills
Education:
- BA degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply
Preferred Background:
- Experience in real estate, outdoor sales, or similar fields is a plus
Required Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated
- Interest in sales, technology, and customer service
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
